Who may receive information

Enquiries submitted through this website are processed using our website hosting and form service. Wello & Co will handle your initial enquiry. The information collected by Wello & Co will only be shared with Home Made, our Support at Home provider partner, once you have agreed for Wello & Co to coordinate your services and are ready to enter into an agreement in partnership with Home Made, to support the proposed care arrangements. We may also share information with other relevant care providers where appropriate and with your permission, or where required or authorised by law. We do not publish your enquiry details.

Storage and security

We take reasonable steps to protect personal information and limit access to people who need it for their work. Online services can involve data storage or processing outside Australia; relevant provider arrangements should be confirmed before launch. We retain information only as required for our purposes and applicable obligations.

Access, correction and privacy concerns

You can ask to access or correct personal information we hold, or raise a privacy concern, by emailing hello@welloandco.com.au or calling 0499 080 097. We will review your request and respond appropriately. You may also seek information about privacy complaints from the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.
